woke at 8, but did not get out of bed till 9. reached office at 9 30. Did not do anything useful. Wasted my time. was depressed. kept on checking for a mail that never came.

मन करता है कही भाग जाऊं, सबसे दूर. कोई न जाने मैं कौन हूँ, कोई न जाने मैं कहाँ हूँ.

3 August 2011, Wednesday

Woke at 8:45, reached office at 9:30. Realised that today was breakfast day, but only a few morsels were left. Was still sad from yesterday night's phone call not being taken, so was feeling a bit low. I just dont know what to do. This is a very tiring, very frustating stuff.

Then was on computer the whole day, chatted with this kid from my Maths Class tuitions in 2008. She was surprised I remember her name. It was surprising that I as a teacher remembered her and her classmates but she didnt remember her classmates. Its unfortunate i think.

finished the work Stu had given me, made the product flier. Sent the video to Kadiatou again. Got home around 6. Mr Benson was feeling low so went on a walk with him, retuned back with wine and good food. didnt like the Yellow Tail Chardonnay... Australian wines are yuck.

Saw this documentary "Which way home" .. Central/south Am is just like India. I wonder if all developing countries are alike.

Woke up at 7 to reach office at 8 AM. Attended a few sessions, got the codes from Kadiatou so finally can start making the video. Thought about some people in columbia and canada. Sort of got depressed, too many expectations are a bad thing. Being excited too soon is a very bad quality in me. I dont know my correct boundaries may be. and at 27, its high time I learn them.

Spoke to Navu who put some sense into me. Went again to advisory but didnt really do much. Ten came home and net wasnt working. Had to wash my clothes but they have to wait. Went to cycle for 22 Miles (34 KMS) and got dead tired. Then came back and went for another two mile ride till Bacon Street farm, I think that just killed me.

Three beautiful pine trees in the back have been cut down to make more space for the parking lot. While taking them down, they also tore away the vines on the house walls and squashed the Hydrangeas.

Woke up at 9:42 in morning because new phone's alarm system is screwed up. Was tired from yesterday's trip to NYC. Gotready, had cereal and reaced Mathworks with Mr. Benson. No one was in office today. by 2 got thoroughly bore and decided to come back. Heard bad things from RR while coming back. Reached home at 3 and went to sleep. woke at 6 PM and went down to chat with Lauck and Mary Lynn. It was raining today so didnt go outdoors. Came back up at 9 and started reading "How to be alone" by Jonathan Franzen. The first chapter is about Alzheimer. I wonder if I'll be like that someday? If yes, I'll love to read these posts nd remind how I used to be when I was 'normal'.

Went up to third fllor and had amazing hazelnut cookies! Then came home at 5:30... asked the guy to open his shop and got a haircut. Went to Wellesley for getting Medical Supplies for Mrs. Benson. Ate good pasta now seeing a movie.

Woke up at 8:30, reached office at 9:15. Had a meeting with Rick & Bill, where my work was appreciated and praised :) Then ate a sausage, eggs and toast.

Worked on re-re-re-r-e-re-making that Video on Portfolio Optimization. I'm getting very tired with it and just want it to be over.

Read Hagar-the-horrible in office and chucked in silence. It was raining today evening so left my bike at office and came back on commuter bus with the friendly bus driver. On getting down I said, "It's always nice to meet cheerful people". He seemed pleased.

Then vaccumed the house and bought an Argentinian wine as well as wine glass. Will try it sometime later. Then ate dinner with Susan and Constantine and Peter. Had very interesting conversation about Lauck's friend in Korean Peace Corps and Golu's experiments with Caesar.

11 July 2011, Monday

I was tired from driving yesterday, so today woke up at 8:45. Realised I was very late, so quickly dressed and went to office. Apart from doing regular gap analysis, found out about Salem Witch Trials of 1 692. Interestingly 10 were hanged on Sept 22, 1692.

Lost my helmet. Took Saini's cycle and helmet. Got really tired after 22 KMs. Came back and ate Ricotta Pie.
